This Shipping and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) applies to the use of the DoctorScore platform, operated by Ayra Enterprises LLP (“DoctorScore”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Nature of Products and Services

DoctorScore provides digital services only, such as credit score checks, credit reports, membership plans, and personalised financial insights. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

2. Digital Delivery

• After successful payment, your access to Services (such as credit score report or membership benefits) is typically provided instantly or within a short processing time through our website/app.
• You may need to log in using your registered mobile number/email to view or download your credit score or related insights.
• All communications, including confirmations and updates, are sent via email/SMS/notifications to your registered contact details.

3. No Physical Shipping

Since DoctorScore does not dispatch any physical goods, there is no shipping, courier, or delivery involved. Any reference to “shipping” or “delivery” on invoices or third-party payment platforms is to be understood as delivery of digital services.

4. Exchange / Return Policy

• Being digital in nature, services once delivered (for example, when a credit report is generated or a plan is activated) cannot be “exchanged” or “returned” like physical products.
• In case of technical issues, failed service delivery, or incorrect charges, please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for eligibility and process.

5. Incorrect or Unauthorized Transactions

If you notice an unauthorized charge or incorrect billing, please contact us immediately at support@doctorscore.in with transaction details. We will review the issue and assist you in line with our refund policy and applicable laws.
